PG - 353-7 AB - We report a rare case of a patient with a renal artery aneurysm (RAA) and an ipsilateral renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This patient was treated with simultaneous aneurysmectomy and radical nephrectomy. The indications for surgical intervention for RAA remain controversial. We present a review of the literature on the clinical presentation, classification, etiology, and management of RAA and associated RCC.
