PG - 36-40; quiz 42-4 AB - Ever since the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) included medical communications among its National Patient Safety Goals, hospital administrators have become increasingly aware of this weak link in healthcare delivery.
