Both present synonymous new HLA polymorphisms at exon 4. A*020115 shows a single nucleotide change regarding A*02010101 at codon 245 GCG > GCC). In contrast, Cw*030203 differs from Cw*030202 in a point mutation at codon 271 (ACC > ACT).
