PG - 597-9 AB - Primary pleural synovial sarcoma (PPSS) is a rare pleural malignancy with a grave prognosis. Most cases present as a well-circumscribed mass with foci of haemorrhage and necrosis. We present an unusual case in a Nepalese boy that presented as a multiloculated cyst mimicking hydatid disease. The diagnosis was confirmed by histology and cytogenetic analysis.
