AB  - Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) is a photosensitive dermatosis 
      characterized by papulosquamous or annular lesions. It can be caused by a variety 
      of medications. We report a case of SCLE in a patient after interferon-alpha 
      treatment for metastatic renal-cell carcinoma and discuss the potential role of 
      interferons in the pathogenesis of CLE.
