PG - e89-92 LID - 10.1016/j.diabres.2011.09.005 [doi] AB - We conducted a meta-analysis to investigate the association between the -2518A/G polymorphism in the MCP-1 gene and the risk of diabetes. Ten case-control studies were included in this meta-analysis. Results indicated this polymorphism may be a risk factor for diabetes in Caucasians. Future studies are needed to validate our conclusions. CI - Copyright (c) 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
