AB  - Cryptococcal meningitis immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (IRIS) is 
      frequently seen in patients with HIV and less frequently in patients on immune 
      suppressive medications for other conditions. Here, we describe the first 
      reported case of unmasking cryptococcal IRIS due to granulocyte 
      colony-stimulating factor used in an HIV-negative patient with 
      chemotherapy-induced neutropenia.
