AB  - Three dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans: deoxyschizandrin (1), gomisin A (2) and 
      schizandrin (3) were isolated from biomass extracts of Schisandra chinensis 
      (Turcz.) Baill. shoot-differentiating callus cultures. The mentioned lignans were 
      not isolated earlier from in vitro cultures of this plant species. This is the 
      first report concerning on isolation of dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans from in 
      vitro cultures of Schisandra chinensis.
