The pathologic diagnosis was predominantly fusiform PPSS with R0 resection. Sixteen months after the operation, she is alive, without signs of new lesions. The extensive tumor resection can achieve a good result for controlling local disease. CI - Copyright (c) 2015 The Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Published by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
