From pituitary adenomas to parathyroid adenoms and pancreaticoduodenal neuroendocrine tumors, the multiple faces of MEN1 require an understanding of the basic disease characteristics and an understanding of multiple imaging modalities. We attempt to provide the reader with a basic understanding of the common clinical questions raised by patients with MEN1 and how radiologists can provide critical management information.
