Central nervous system (CNS)-restricted LCDD is among the rarest manifestations. We describe a unique case complicated by focal onset epilepsy with impaired awareness for which control with anticonvulsant therapy proved difficult. CI - Copyright (c) 2018 Elsevier Ltd.
