AB  - We report an 8-year-old boy with disseminated, life-threatening, drug 
      treatment-resistant varicella zoster infection occurring during standard 
      treatment for neuroblastoma in whom viral clearance and cure was effected by 
      donor Lymphocyte infusion from his HLA (Human leukocyte antigen)-identical twin 
      sibling.
