AB  - Relapsing polychondritis (RP) is a rare autoimmune disease char-acterized by 
      multi-systemic involvement characterized by recurrent and progressive 
      inflammation of the cartilaginous tissue. Auricular inflammation is a 
      characteristic finding of RP. Anti-tumor necrosis fac-tor alpha (anti-TNF) is a 
      highly effective drug used in the treatment of inflammatory arthritis. There are 
      several case reports showing potential relationship between the RP development 
      and anti-TNF treatment. Here, we present a case of RP in a patient with 
      ankylosing spondylitis under the two different tumor necrosis factor alpha 
      inhibitors therapy.
