The results of clinical examination and surgical treatment of this disease are presented. It is emphasized that for the diagnosis of CD, first of all, an excision biopsy of the lesion is necessary, as well as the presence of eosinophilia in the patient, an increased level of immunoglobulin E (IgE) in peripheral blood, an increase in regional lymph nodes.
