PG - 588-593 LID - 10.19852/j.cnki.jtcm.20230404.004 [doi] AB - OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical characteristics relating to differential diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and non-diabetic renal disease (NDRD). METHODS: The subjects were patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Western medical history data and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom pattern were collected, and logistic regression was used to analyze. RESULTS: Blood deficiency pattern [odds ratio () = 2.269, 0.017] and stagnation pattern ( = 1.999, 0.041) are independently related to DN. CONCLUSIONS: TCM factors blood deficiency pattern and stagnation pattern are relating to differential diagnosis of DN and NDRD.
