AB  - Hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies (HNPP) is well defined 
      in adults, but its clinical and electrophysiological features in childhood have 
      not been well characterized. We describe a case of HNPP in a child with the 
      unique electrophysiological presentation, affecting only one upper extremity.
