Home-based pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) programs have been proposed as an alternative to hospital-based programs. METHOD: Forty participants with ILD underwent a structured unsupervised home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program from September 2020 to September 2022. Quality of life was assessed using St. George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) and functional capacity using 6-minute walk test (6MWT). The outcome measures were assessed at baseline and 4 weeks post-unsupervised home-based PR program. RESULT: We recruited 40 participants with ILD.
