TI  - Sutureless repair of left ventricular free wall rupture following acute 
      myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock.

AB  - We report a case of blow-out-type left ventricular free wall rupture (LVFWR) 
      after acute myocardial infarction, who presented with unstable hemodynamic 
      condition in New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class IV. Immediately, 
      we performed a successful LVFWR repair with sutureless technique using a glue and 
      expanded polytetrafluoroethylene patch on cardio-pulmonary bypass support. 
      Postoperative period and recovery was uneventful. Over a period of 2-year 
      follow-up, the patient is in NYHA class I and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging 
      showed adequate left ventricular (LV) function and no evidence of LV aneurysm.
