PG - 67-71 AB - Diacylglycerol containing 15-hydroxyeicosatrienoic acid (15-HETrE-DAG) was biosynthesized and examined for modulation of epidermal protein kinase C (PKC) activity. 15-HETrE-DAG competitively inhibited diolein-activated total PKC activity in a dose-dependent manner and further, selectively inhibited epidermal PKC-beta activity.
